Shattered IVC filter, wire, or vascular stent embolized to the lung.

This patient had HHT (Hereditary Hemorrhagic Telangectasias) and had multiple coils placed. Despite this, she continued with severe hypoxia requiring 6 liters NP with a chronic saturation of 70’s. she underwnt double lung transplant in May, 2008
